On Message
"On Message" is a customizable program that helps Christians responsible for presenting information to others in conversations and presentations: preachers, teachers, missionaries, ministry leaders, those raising money, etc. People considering stepping into those roles will also benefit.
Critically relevant information is immediately addressed and incorporated throughout the training. For example, we identify three essential beliefs, that if fully embraced, give confidence, joy and conviction. It makes a difference and people notice. Those attending this program will be on their feet multiple times, learning to properly stay on message without sacrificing truth, discovering in real time we really can be ourselves and stay out of presentation mode. It's about clarity not eloquence.
What are the costs of being off message or less effectively sharing your message? Bored or uninterested listeners, dropping attendance, fewer people stepping up, reduced giving, etc. What's the worst cost? People we could have helped don't get helped. What are the benefits of getting better?
This training is available for small groups (12 or fewer) and individual coaching, and can be delivered onsite or virtually. Timing depends on the number of people being trained and your goals. Evening options are available.
